How about Red Gold Tomatoes?
When I walked in with this big, stinking can of what promised to be chock full of tomato goodness a few weeks back after the Minnesota Bloggers Event, my husband was ecstatic!
Tomatoes for pasta, tomatoes for salsa, tomatoes for some of the dishes in the cookbook.
Yum-O! I'm pretty sure that's what he was thinking though I've never quite heard that word come out of his mouth!
For the record, the cookbook was confiscated within an hour of being home. He's been studying recipes/dishes he'd like to try.
So when Red Gold contacted me about doing a giveaway, knowing how happy this could make some other tomato lovers, there was no way I could say no.
Here's your chance to win:

This is our preferred brand of tomato products (okay, fresh from the garden or farmer's market is the first choice). I love to make Windsill Tomato Sauce from goodthingscatered.blogspot.com. We use canned tomatoes every week in something that we make.
ReplyDeleteLuke makes a really great tomato sauce for pasta! Fresh and lots of garlic. Mmm.
ReplyDeleteDon't need another big tin, but I used the tomatoes with green chilis for a batch of chicken tortilla soup. Spicy and yummy!
ReplyDeleteThrow diced tomatoes over 4 chicken breasts in the crockpot and cook all day....shread chicken and put in tortilla's for fab soft shelled chicken tacos!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE salsa!
ReplyDeleteOh chili, yummy. Think of all the good stuff you can make. Go J make something good
