Two Minutes, Twice A Day Challenge.

Metro Dentalcare has done it again! They're putting Minnesota bloggers and their readers to the challenge.

Can you (and your kids, if you've got them) commit to brushing your teeth for two minutes, twice a day for two weeks??? If so, leave a comment on this post just making the commitment and you're entered in a giveaway for some {really, great} Twins Tickets!!

Prevention and education is key to oral hygiene success. When you and your kids brush your teeth twice a day, you’re helping to prevent tooth decay and gum disease and extra procedures down the line. Active prevention saves families like yours time, money and stress.

    I'm a regular brusher and flosser. I love my new electric toothbrush. And don't forget about doing a nightly fluoride rinse too!
