Socialize With Me

Two Minutes. Twice A Day.

Metro Dentalcare put the challenge out there.

Can you brush your kids teeth for two minutes, two times a day for TWO weeks?

I don't know about you but we try to get our kids to brush their teeth at least twice a day but somedays it gets tough and crazy. And the two minute deal, umm, I am positive we are slacking on that part.

So this is a challenge right up my alley.

What about yours?

If you've got kids and want to join in on this challenge simply leave a comment on this post.

It gets better, MetroDentalcare is going to give away two sets of Twins tickets to two lucky participants. (Two sets of FOUR tickets in June.)

Your entry is your comment.

For additional entries you can write on facebook about it and twitter using the @MetroDentalCare or #twiceaday.

Any questions, let me know!

Good luck!
Get brushin'.

Disclosure: This is not a sponsored post. I am not a patient at Metro Dentalcare and am not being paid or compensated by them. They have given me a set of Saints tickets for a game in June for participating in the challenge. I am ineligible to win the Twins tickets. I am not providing the prize, Metro Dentalcare is. The winner is to be chosen by Metro Dentalcare. Contest ends June 3, 2010.

  1. I also try and get Madison to brush 2x a day... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. There are flossers out there (at target) that make it more fun because they are shaped like dinosaures :)

  4. Ahhh, the dreaded teeth brushing! lol
I couldn't have said it better myself Samara... we usually do the 2 times a day, but for 2 minutes is something we are slacking on! However, I love a challenge... so I am in! We will brush, brush, brush in our house for a strict 2 minutes for the next 2 weeks! Wish us luck! lol - and good luck to you too! :)

  5. Surprisingly, we don't have much trouble getting our boys to brush their teeth. Now, doing a good job of it is sometimes a different story.

Actually, our biggest challenge is getting them to floss everyday. Then again, I think that's my biggest challenge as well. ;-)

This should be a good reminder. Twins tickets would be awesome as well since my boys are huge Joe Mauer fans.

  6. My kids LOVE to brush their teeth....or maybe it's just to eat the tooth paste. (No worries out there in mommy land, it's a kid friendly kind - still not great on the tummy i'm sure but better)Just like EVERY other mommy out there i'm guilty and sure we could step it up and brush more, and well better..... and if my little guy knows about this TWINS stuff....oh man! If you need me - I'll be in the bathroom with him brushing his teeth.

  7. One year for Halloween I gave out toothbrushs. I had so many little kids that were so excited to get something other then candy it blew my mind. I still continue to buy toothbrushes and give them out at Halloween and I get alot of kids that can't wait to come to my house.

Starting them early helps to create good habits that will continue thru life

Remember to Smile and your day will be bright
    ;-)
